Goly Kohanteb has been a resident of Southern California since 1979. She has been married for over 42 years and has 2 children. Her son is a physician and works as an ER doctor for 2 major hospitals in Los Angeles. Her daughter has a PHD in Political Science from North Eastern University in Boston, and currently she is the executive director of External Relation at the University of Chicago.

 

 Goly received her MBA from Northrop University in 1982  and started her Real Estate Carrier in 1990. She has been with First Team Real Estate for more than 30 years and a Hall of Fame Recipient for many years.

 

Goly specializes in residential real estate  and investment properties in Southern California.  Her clients and their interest is her first priority. Her attention to details, pricing strategy, negotiation and area knowledge along with her deep understanding of the contracts and disclosures is what keeps her clients coming back to her with repeat business and referrals.
